Avanti Properties is a real estate development platform based in Dalmatia, built on a simple principle: no project starts until it is fully financed, no compromise is made on quality, and no partner invests in something we wouldn’t invest in ourselves.

We develop residential and mixed-use properties across central Dalmatia — from luxury villas in Klis to large-scale residential buildings in Solin and Trogir. With 38,000+ m² of processed construction land, 14 active projects and 19,000+ m² of gross area in various stages of realization, Avanti is one of the most active development platforms on the Dalmatian coast.

Every project runs through a dedicated limited liability company with transparent finances, monthly progress reports and a clearly defined contractual framework for all partners.
